      Great work environment. They care for their employees work life balance, physical and mental health. Great benefits that include stocks. A lot of possibilities to switch positions or teams inside of Nasdaq.

      Cons

      Salary is not that competitive and raises are on the smaller side.

      Great Organization to work for with amazing benefits. Leadership can change with corporate re-structures but if you are looking to stay at a place for a long time Nasdaq is the place to be.
