Great culture and strong leadership, some of the best minds in the business and an abundance of resources to expand and innovate.
Cons
Work can be incredible intense with long hours, working on weekends and late into the night was not uncommon. Nasdaq is a firm of casual perfectionists - the people are brilliant and the work they put out is brilliant, but that translates into a steep learning curve early on.
