      Pros

      Loved my colleagues, made some great friends - but they shouldn't be used as a crutch for an awful job

      Cons

      You will lag behind on skills and compensation if you work here, yet somehow manage to put in way too much time to do your job. I reiterate do not work here if you have another offer as it may seem like a good idea, but you will not be anywhere near your peers in 3 years.

      Pros

      The people and the culture! Mostly very helpful, smart, fun loving group of employees. NI hired a lot for culture fit and that made the day to day a lot of fun.

      Cons

      Company vision from the higher ups suffered greatly after the pandemic.
