Pros
The functionality and services offered by the Company grow each quarter / year, to an increasing diverse industry / market place. The Company does have the correct attitudes towards work-life balance, company values & career development planning.
Cons
The company has many silos of departments with their contradictory expectations and desires. Many of the non-Customer facing activities can't see how their lethargy, prevarication and obstacles are producing a negative image with the ultimate external customer.
