Institutionally racist. It doesn't matter how good you are at work. Only defining factor for success with this company is your relationship with management. very poor bonuses for non executive employees. Main bulk of employees are engineers, who effectively had pay-cuts instead of bonuses whiles the useless management and executives get generous bonuses. Work life balance is very poor (unless you are top 5% of the company executives). This company expects you to work overtime without pay.
