Where do I start? Well, my boss was laid off in November after the announcement of the acquisition by Thoma Bravo. We can only hire backfills in India. HR is a joke. The ELT are greedy and think we are too dumb to realize that we all know they are gearing up for yet another layoff. They are most likely going to get rid of the rest of us in the US that they are legally able to. It’s coming. They are trying to control the bleeding but they’re too greedy and stupid to realize there is no saving the “culture.” To say that the C-suite is cruel and incompetent is an understatement. They brag about their second homes and private jets during company all hands. I hate it here, but it’s a paycheck and I like being able to eat and live indoors. I curse the day I agreed to their (lowball) job offer. But I was desperate. Don’t even consider it.
