      Good Work life balance with flexible work arrangements in many teams. Strong learning opportunities, especially in telecom, cloud, 5G, Linux, Kubernetes, and networking technologies.

      Cons

      Career progression can be slower compared to startups or fast-growing product companies. Some employees feel innovation moves more slowly than in startups because of the scale and processes involved.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
