Pros
WAS a great company to work for. Clear processes, great atmosphere, Global teams were great. Very high tech. They did everything first....but didnt follow thru with commercialization.
Cons
No money spent on marketing in USA. Microsoft management people now in place. They dont care about the individuals that were there and made Nokia one of top 6 brands in world. They just layed them all off and replace with California MS people.
