Overall fantastic culture and colleagues. Very relaxed and supportive environment. Quite diversified. Nice work environment. Tehya re trying to do their best in very challenging times to find ways to support employees. Good 401k match
Cons
Bleeding people right now. Significant budget cuts. Many organizational changes, leading to low morale. Terrible healthcare coverage which will probably get worse in 2013. Poor vacation day allotment. Not clear what the future will hold for the company. Mixed messages about future prospects depending on the business unit.
