Collaborative culture, good internal mobility, good extra-legal benefits, full flexibility for teleworking, management that creates trust among different teams in general
Cons
Within Alcatel-Lucent, a lot of debates to create some negative "compromise", low morale due to continuous lay-offs, older population as fresh graduates are rare to non-existent.
