      Pros

      NSN is a typical old big european company. Not too much pressure, median salaries (good for who has been here since gold ages) and very old school management.

      Cons

      Inercia to change is way too big. It is in decline, so we have few opportunities for career growth.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
