Relatively good relations among engineers.
Cons
Some managers are getting more and more pushy, they have bad behavior and they get report-aholic. Salaries are below greek average and raises are just a promise. No incentives and no evolvement. Mode of operation changes every 6 months. Many people are leaving to get better jobs. Overtimes.
