Pros
The benefits provided by Nokia is the best I've seen so far. Teammates/Line Managers are nice, friendly, and welcoming. Infinite opportunities to learn new stuff.
Cons
Salary growth is slow. Most of the time you are doing work outside of your actual role. Work-Life Balance is almost non-existent. Mistakes from the upper management causes devs to compromise heavily just to meet targets.
