-Great work life balance, work from home options -managers understand personal commitments -good benefits package, 25 vacation days is highest by any employer in India. free phone, call charges paid, free broadband at home -most recognized brand in India, although it is doing badly worldwide -above average salary compared to similar league companies in Bangalore -depending on the team, you could be doing great work. -bangalore is still a low cost option for nokia. job seems more secure compared to other locations worldwide
Cons
-hit on the innovative front, being hit badly by competition. always plays follower -soon to lose the numero uno position -bonuses are zero when all the other companies are doing well and paying fat bonuses
