Good work life balance. Open culture. relaxing environment one can learn a lot if he / she is self motived.
Cons
No need to work much , just you polish your manager Immature Management skills. They talk more about Agile but all decision will be done by resource manager , who don't know any thing about the product Product development is getting developed for 6yrs, it may not reach any customer or there will be no focus to release. many manager playing spoil sports
