Pros
Good product and brand is great. Pay is good. Eveyrone at Nokia has a family like feeling. We had cutting edge technology with wire rate speeds. Willing to move into new markets to stay competitive.
Cons
Too much dependency on check point relationship. Moved into new markets too late and competition owns the market. Nokia unwilling to invest the proper amount of money to become relevant.
