      Pros

      Work and life balance is pretty good, no much stress, the boss not pushing hard. Encourage creative idea and willling to invest in people Composition is competitive with great benefits.

      If lunch could be provided, that will be great!

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
