      Pros

      Good company, good management and good perks. Good place to grow given the fact they benefit the people who are inside the company

      Cons

      Once you enter the company to increase the salary it's more difficult comparing to an outsider entering.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
