Good work life balance, you will go home at the allocated and expected time. You can clock in and clock out as and when you need to.
Cons
Lack of true growth and progression. Poor culture and team spirit, it is non existent. Weak structure and high micromanagement on repeated issues. Extreme micromanagement and high level politics at play, with upper management comfortable to blame and sit in meetings really - all day.
