      9/80 schedule; many friendly people in non-mgmt roles

      Cons

      Toxic environment (created mostly by mgmt); very complacent employees who complain (some of it is warranted due to poor mgmt), but have no intentions of learning new skills or moving on to better opportunities

      Pros

      Hybrid work environment (currently two days in office). Decent PTO that does carry over. Quarterly 1:1 with manager.

      Cons

      Lack of advancement opportunities unless you are willing to relocate, even than it's still difficult. no cross training or shadowing opportunities for those that want to advance career. Could be better at retaining the good, experienced staff before they leave to go elsewhere.
