      Pros

      Amazing 9-80 schedule - you can make your weekend a vacation just by off setting time. It is very flexible. Lots of work available - Lots of educational benefits - pursue all sorts of classes, graduate degrees through NG. Great people - Northrop hires the best of the best.

      Cons

      Melbourne site is still growing so there is a lack of facilities in my opinion. We could benefit from a coffee shop and some food vendors on campus. Parking is a big hassle.

      Pros

      Hybrid work environment (currently two days in office). Decent PTO that does carry over. Quarterly 1:1 with manager.

      Cons

      Lack of advancement opportunities unless you are willing to relocate, even than it's still difficult. no cross training or shadowing opportunities for those that want to advance career. Could be better at retaining the good, experienced staff before they leave to go elsewhere.
