There was a lot of interesting work at Novo and encouragement to expand your responsibilities. Great building with strong amenities and good work atmosphere.

There was a job squeeze when competition put pressure on products, but that's outside of management's control. I would've stayed there much longer if not for the layoffs.

Decent Benefits & time off

Poor leadership, DEI reverse discrimination prevalent. Gaslighting & favoritism abound.
