Pros
This is regarding the Mumbai office. Given a chance, the place can really flourish. And that's what I tried to. Young team is the biggest strength that they have. And a host of exciting clients.
Cons
NO ONE, I repeat NO ONE gives two hoots to what's happening. You try to put a system in place, and they pull you down. You try to raise a point, and they shut you up. Just fancy abbreviations to address each other - AK, TR - is what everyone thinks will take them places. Everyone swears by the SLOG culture. But to compensate that they send emails regarding Mental Health Wellness. And the politics! It's INSANE! And for what!
