      Worst Experience EVER!

      This is regarding the Mumbai office. Given a chance, the place can really flourish. And that's what I tried to. Young team is the biggest strength that they have. And a host of exciting clients.

      Cons

      NO ONE, I repeat NO ONE gives two hoots to what's happening. You try to put a system in place, and they pull you down. You try to raise a point, and they shut you up. Just fancy abbreviations to address each other - AK, TR - is what everyone thinks will take them places. Everyone swears by the SLOG culture. But to compensate that they send emails regarding Mental Health Wellness. And the politics! It's INSANE! And for what!

      Nothing as such. Everything is bad.

      Cons

      Everything is bad. Start from the client to the company itself. They change their own policies as and when needed. They have denied appraisal this year for everyone without any explanation. No clarity on the future part too. Oliver doesn't support or retain anyone.

      1. Unprofessional to the extent that they hire and fire without any consideration. 2. Extreme favouritism - Appraisal is given to people who say yes to everything and never raise questions. 3. Himani Kapadia is one of the worst senior management people anyone can come across. Inhumane is an understatement
