With the frequent and wide-ranging management changes, the purpose for which was never explained, you never knew what the company's goals were and what the company was trying to change, or trying to achieve. Presumably changes are made for a reason, but at this company I was never sure whether that was true and, if it was, what the goal of the changes was.
