Considering the company was founded primarily by a woman, Lillian, you would think her sons and grandsons would honor that by prormoting women. All local management cares about are their numbers so they can reap the hefty bonuses they get on a quarterly basis. Have had management lie directly to my face and not bat an eye. They play favorites all the time and if you're no in "club" your life is miserable.
