      Pros

      Good base pay and decent benefits.

      Cons

      Atrocious hours. Often work close to 55-60 hours a week with no overtime pay. Somehow the Department of Labor doesn't seem to care that it's an hourly manual labor job and allows them to work people that much with no overtime pay.

      Great work culture for those willing to come in and work hard and contribute.

      Cons

      Do not have any complaints. There will always be ups and downs with any job, but I have not had any issues with ODFL.
