      Good pay, 401 k , good insurance.

      Cons

      Lack of communication. Managment listens but doesn't react to problems, strange hours, family life non existent due to the hours. Always feeling like your walking on egg shells.

      Great work culture for those willing to come in and work hard and contribute.

      Cons

      Do not have any complaints. There will always be ups and downs with any job, but I have not had any issues with ODFL.
