Pros

The employees have a positive attitude, and there is a family-like atmosphere. Many new projects.

Cons

The work environment resembles modern slavery, with no overtime pay and employees forced to work over 10 - 12 hours daily to fulfil their roles. There are not enough staff to support the projects, leading to intense pressure and staff breakdowns. Project delivery deadlines are excessively tight, which is the main reason the company secures space contracts from ESA. The quality of the deliverables is extremely poor; in fact, not a single mission has been successful, yet they continue to secure projects. They seem unconcerned about delivering quality work, focusing only on money. It's puzzling why investors continue to fund such ventures. The CEO has a workaholic mentality and attempts to instil this attitude across the company. Signing agreements for dozens of satellites despite insufficient personnel or facilities exemplifies their way of thinking. There's a point-finger culture whenever deadlines are missed due to unrealistic expectations or poor supplier choices. Salaries are below industry average, and they only reimburse travel expenses and food, not the full costs of business trips. The CTO and many senior managers often contact employees outside working hours and during vacations, demanding updates and work. The last moment action approach creates more pressure and leads to mistakes. Overall, this company ranks as one of the worst in the industry for the upstream and downstream at the moment. Disrespect shown towards ESA and its funding.
