Great ideas but complete mateur type of approach.

Modern startup type culture and thinking.

Cons

Haven't launched a single cubesat. Management including CEO oblivious to the problems in the company. With a size of 100 people already has many of the problems that big companies have. CEO gets published every month so all will be ok. Lots of glossy flashy videos but reality of the business is very different.

Even though there are great intentions in there upper manament has been pushing employees beyond what is acceptable and reasonable. Your mental health, social life and finances will be at stake. Employee is expected to give everything for the company. - Bad salaries - Bad pension. Other benefits like yearly company retreat, although nice and fun are not really that important as being able to retire - Upper manament lacks empathy and respect to the employees - They play the physiological game to make employees feel guilty when objectives are not met - Manament always under resource tasks
