There is a lot of freedom to work on things the way that you want to There is no limit to the responsibility you can take on if you are up for it Progression opportunities are good

Cons

A lot of responsibility is placed on individuals Support and guidance is available but you might need to actively seek it out Company is in a phase of rapid scaling so things can be a little chaotic

Pros

The design team is to a very high standard and the management is very supportive without being overbearing. Have worked here for 2 years and have thoroughly enjoyed it!

Cons

Currently the company has set some very ambitious goals which are proving very difficult to hit in the agreed timeframe with the size of teams we currently have. We are recruiting as fast as we can but there's a lot of work that needs doing and fast. The team is also spread out between multiple locations and most positions are work from home, so communication between and within teams is always a challenge.
