Great Culture but less opportunity - Software Engineer Orange Employee Review

1) Management always have some issues, changes projects and position is almost everyday you will see their, due to highly politics environment in upper management. 2) Almost Zero onsite opportunity (depends on project but still almost zero) 3) Opportunity are given to favorite ones but I think this is the issue in almost every company you go around the world but you will find slightly more here. As upper management uses power in extremely bad way.
