Pros
Despite this is one of the biggest telco company in the world, but how we habe been treated i the company, in the subsidiary where I work is like a family. So, we feel comfortable in doing the jobs
Cons
Because the place we work is far from the HQ, sometimes this creates confusing about certain rules, particularly when it comes to the business trip. Which flight class do we get? How we manage the expense during the business trip, etc.
