      Pros

      Very good to work for as an individual contributor.

      Cons

      Very political and very dysfunctional environment to work in. You have to continuously “watch your back”. Cultural clashes between Portuguese and American side are the norm to the degree where it affects everything you do.

      cool technology, awesome CEO, capable engineering and PM VPs

      Cons

      engineering/pm leadership needs help. the CPTO is not technical at all and has no product vision. However, the VPs of both engineering and PMs are all very technical and capable. They are limited by the CPTO though.
