Pros
There are some talented people in the team, and many colleagues genuinely care about doing good work. The work itself can be interesting, especially if you enjoy working in a small company environment where you may get exposure to different areas.
Cons
Unfortunately, the company suffers from poor communication, lack of transparency, and inconsistent leadership. Important decisions are not always communicated clearly or in good time, which creates unnecessary stress and uncertainty for employees. There can also be a lack of structure around roles, responsibilities, planning, and long-term direction. In practice, this can leave employees carrying a lot of responsibility without the support, clarity, or recognition needed to do their jobs properly. The handling of organisational change was particularly disappointing. Communication around job security, business direction, and employee impact could have been far more honest, timely, and respectful.
