      It is a union environment. Not much of a con but strict rules are implemented,and are heavily enforces.

      Hybrid work environment. Decent benefits. Great brands!

      Cons

      Constant reorg and a revolving door of senior leadership in the past 6 years. Those who are left are asked to do more with less. Culture is far from what it historically has been.
