      Decent benefits, will learn (and be forced to learn because you won't get much support)

      Cons

      High turnover. In 9 months, 4 people left in the department. Many micromanagers. Sink or swim culture. Lack of diversity. Lack of boundaries by managers. Unfriendly and toxic.

      Hybrid work environment. Decent benefits. Great brands!

      Cons

      Constant reorg and a revolving door of senior leadership in the past 6 years. Those who are left are asked to do more with less. Culture is far from what it historically has been.
