PVH+ Plan is bad in theory and worse in practice Lack of transparency from Leadership and HR Poor VP leadership who don't care about their people and are more worried about looking good to upper management. Lack of job security, Lack of long term vision Company let go of everyone who understands the fashion industry and as a result is trying to compensate using more and more data analytics, KPI's and various metrics. In the end, you still need people who understand how this business runs vs fancy charts.
