      1. Some Management Preferences There are moments when certain leaders seem to have their go-to people, which can make things feel a bit uneven at times. It’s not a major issue, but something that can be improved. 2. Occasional Office Requirements Although many tasks can be done remotely, there are times when management prefers having the team onsite. It’s manageable, but a bit more flexibility would definitely be appreciated.

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
