Pros
Good place to work for entry level if you can get a full time position. Most Program Managers and clinical management up to the Director level start at entry level positions and can be promoted rapidly. Local management team are great.
Cons
Pay isn't great. Very bureaucratic and hard to get anything done. Each department are in their own world and don't understand the work of others. There's no one to bridge the gap and work is very inefficient guessing at what the other teams want. Most entry level positions are PRN and when business is slow you won't get hours.
