Pros
Salary is decent, some good people remain but most have left or gotten laid off. Bonuses were good but with the companies struggles I don't think will be seeing those for a long time. Can gain some good experience but highly dependent on if you work on Enterprise accounts or Biotech accounts. Would advise you to push for Enterprise. Biotech PLs have it worse.
Cons
Terrible leadership from the top. Example, the CFO dressed as "Tiger King" and told everyone we're fine. One week later he was asking everyone to take voluntary pay cuts, otherwise layoffs would start. PLs are understaffed, your project load will be unmanageable. The systems are easily the worst I've ever worked in.
