      Pros

      Working from home in theory was great., the days just never ended.

      Cons

      The work load was excessively heavy. The position went from 90k to 78k to 70k demotions across the board or leave. same job, more work, less pay. Now they are hiring people with no experience to do the work of senior CRAs. And the stock goes up. I would have concern for the data. You can only work people so much and using people with no clinical experience I a recipe for disaster.

      Pros

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
