      Pros

      You get to work from home, so I guess that’s a win but I’ve been a virtual employee for over a decade and never had my work life balance tested like this , so...

      Cons

      No tools, as in zero. Spreadsheets rule everything. Tire tracks (and a target) on your back at all times if you speak your mind and last but not least, a negative work life balance.

      Pros

      full service CRO, lots of capabilities and resources for global studies. good at linking up resources/talent to study needs. very inclusive and good at recognizing talent. people are seen and best contributors are usually taken care of.

      Cons

      lots of changes being rolled out with limited transparency. contracting can be challenging. site payments and study closeout are areas that need improvement.
