I felt unsupported. They told me when I took the job in FSP they were really great at placing people if a sponsor assignment ended. I interviewed for a few jobs that weren't available and an opening never arrived. I was told when I took the job there would be a grace period after an assignment ended but they then changed the policy so when the assignment ended you were done. No communication until the day of the layoff. Not one email. All based on rumor. Not a great way to work. No severance because "we were given plenty of time" even though they made it sound like we had nothing to worry about.
