      - Political, messy and ever-changing priorities across “fiefdoms” - High comp brings in senior leaders who stick around for a few years with no real commitment to the product - Weak internal processes lead to half-baked products being rolled out continuously - “Not my problem” attitude -

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
