      Lots of opportunities to develop new skills. Management is approachable. Friendly environment.

      Cons

      Employees being treated like children (or sheeps) & too many brainwashed people. Hard work is not really recognized, you have to be great in selling yourself. Work-life balance can be difficult to achieve.

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Cons

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
