Great managers (I had one that to this day is one of my best managers to date!) Caring teammates Quality feedback Team-like atmosphere Sabbaticals
Cons
Not dedicated to quality customer service Limited advancement potential Exceptionally stressful Customers would call in multiple times and get different answers -- bad for them; bad for PayPal Open on holidays which meant very little business Too regimented Odd privacy rules (I've worked at multiple financial institutions and this was by far the oddest set of rules) No dedicated employee number to service our own accounts Poor training
