Great Company but beware of management - Anonymous employee PayPal Employee Review

This is specific to my organization but the managers lack leadership and are micromanagers. There's also no work/life balance. A co-worker was super sick but was expected to come into work because there were deadlines to meet. If there was a true need for them to work at least allow them to work from home. What happened to keeping it human? There is also a lot of nepotism in this organization.
