      Pros

      I was given the opportunity to work on an internal web application, even though I had never worked on a web application before.

      Cons

      PayPal has a history of re-inventing the wheel, so the internal web site used technologies that do not translate to any other company.

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Cons

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
