      Benefits are out of this world. Cannot find anything comparable elsewhere. Fun environment to work in, leadership really cares about development. Lots of movement opportunities.

      Cons

      Pay is slightly lower, but benefits really make up for it.

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
